I have already started working gathering information about the five strong female characters. I now plan to do power points instead of a boring speech no one would listen too.

I have decide too dense down my BTB project to doing the top ten females in gaming. I'll give a full back ground story, their personality, and why they are on the list. I'm also thinking about doing a video.

For me I am now trying to figure out wither I want to focus on, the problem between girls and video games OR the problem between parents and video games.
If I were too focus on women and gaming, I would start finding strong female protagonist and or side characters. I would also touch the topic on how guys and sometimes even other girls think it is just a guy thing to play games.
But if I were too focus on the problem between parents and video games, I would start researching why parents think video games turn their kids evil. I would also find psychologist with the point of view that games are good, and a psychologist with the point of view the games are bad. I would also start finding video games that are kid friendly and recommended by other parents.

An example of what video game guides look like, and what my end product will be.

Last week I gave a speech too my classmates on my topic and got plenty of good feedback. A lot said to just focus on how video games portray women wrongly, but I do not wish to do this. I want to show people how video games are good, not bad. I am going to find all the great games I played as a kid, also some games I didn't, and put them together in a video game handbook. I going to put together a big gaming guide, but unlike usual game guides this one is for parents. This guide will show them the good in video games, some great kid friendly games, how video games have improved some kids lives, and what to watch out for/how to pick out games for their kids.

Well luckily I am currently taking speech class this fall, so I am well aware on how to deliver a speech like this. For this speech in particule you'll need to know some stuff about your topic, you guiding question(s) and what you hope and think the end product wil be. I am hoping to find a little proof that video games are good for kids to present to my fellow peers. I also hope that in return of me sharing my topic that they find it interesting, and I find theirs interering as well
